Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a highly interactive training for anyone wanting to develop their skills in leading agile product- and business leadership through case studies, theoretical understanding of the underlying principles and how they can be applied from a leadership and business perspective. Participants create a model project where several of the techniques can be tried out and get a set of tools to bring home together with a thorough understanding of the ”why” and ”how” of lean and agile.

To complete the training and receive the certification, full participation is required during both days.
