Welcome to a two-day workshop for everyone either working as an agile coach or ScrumMaster, or just want to learn more about agile team leadership!

The training combines theory and case studies with group discussions, where we exchange experiences and discuss tools and techniques. No previous experience of agile leadership is required, and the first chapter provides an overview of the Scrum framework and its constituent parts, before moving on to practical applications, case studies and concrete tips.

This training is to be conducted via Zoom. Links will be distributed in advance through email – please check beforehand that you can connect and your camera and sound equipment works as expected.

After completed training, participants are eligible to take the online test for ScrumMaster certification at their own leisure.
